No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final once an order is placed.

We allow you to view for free a sample of the complete product prior to purchase.

To the extent applicable, the following terms explain limited circumstances where we may assist with delivery or quality issues, without offering refunds.


Eligibility and nature of goods

Our products are personalised digital deliverables. Once generated or delivered, they cannot be returned, revoked, or resold. For any physical merchandise we may offer from time to time, see the “Damages and issues” and “Exchanges” sections below.

Please retain your order confirmation email or other proof of purchase.


How to contact us

For any order question, contact us at support@muktish.com. If we request a return of any physical item for inspection or exchange, send it to: Emmanuel Anquetil Avenue Vacoas 73215 Mauritius. Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

  • Digital items: If you experience non-delivery, corrupted files, or material defects preventing access or use, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, provide a fresh download link or a corrected replacement. No refunds will be issued.

  • Physical items (if applicable): Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer repair or exchange. No refunds will be issued.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following are not returnable and not refundable:

  • Digital downloads and electronically delivered content.

  • Personalized or custom products.

  • Perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges (physical goods only, if applicable)

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to request an exchange for the defective, damaged, or incorrect physical item, after we approve your request in writing. We do not provide refunds.


European Union customers

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, consumers may have statutory rights. However, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Accordingly, for our personalized digital products, there is no right of withdrawal once processing begins after your consent. For any physical merchandise shipped into the EU, we will honor mandatory consumer rights where they apply. No refunds are offered beyond those rights.


Refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Where we confirm a delivery or quality issue, our remedy is limited to repair, replacement, or re-delivery, at our discretion.
